I searched far and wide for a good deal on henna.
I wanted some that came with stencils... I really have no artistic ability.
I ignored the first place I found... it seemed like it really didn't come with enough stuff.
I spent two hours scouring through websites. I eventually just came back to the first place.
The company is Earth Henna, and I got the original kit.
HERE
It was the cheapest and came with the most things.
If I want to, I can buy refills for everything at some point.
I really like Henna. When I turn 18, my biological dad said he'd take me to get a tattoo. I have no idea why I want one, but I do. Probably a fairy or something girly. Maybe even something religious.
But right now I want to mess around with Henna. It stays on for 3 weeks. The henna I got last saturday is still there. It's faded now, but that's because I only left it on for an hour instead of 3.
I always like doing things out of the ordinary. So if I show up to school with my hand completely covered in henna, it'll be fun for me.
I wish I was artistic enough to do a really intricate pattern, but maybe I can find someone that will.
My dad is coming over tonight, and then the rest of the weekend will be devoted to studying for my midterms. I really hope I do well. I'm mostly worried about history.
Wish me luck!

I really like Henna. I've gotten Henna tattoos at fairs and things.
Very cool. I had them all throughout high school but never ventured into getting a real tattoo. Pain and permanency of it... epp. If I did it'd be a fairy though :) Nice choice!
Nice! Can't wait to see it!
Hey when you get your henna make sure you get the citris sugar water mix as well while the henna is drying you apply it and it opens your pores or something so the dye lasts a bit longer the more you apply it and also I know this is tempting but dont do it as its crumbling off when its fully dry DO NOT peel it off for some odd reason it screws up the stain I dunno why but it does I learned that the hard way T_T
any how if I think of any more good tips I'll let ya know ^_^
i can't wait to see it either!
I just love how henna looks, especially those intricate designs!
Thanks for stopping by my site...thought I'd stop by yours too! Great blog!
Good luck with your history exam!
I like henna, except for the waiting part. And I got mine on my wrist so it was really awkward AND I had to fly the next day so we wrapped it like in a bandage, with gauze because I had to sleep. It was cool. I had an at home kit but I am so not as good as the pro's!
Henna tattoos seem reasonable to me rather than a permanent ones. You remove the problem of fading or bad art while allowing yourself to follow your whim but do not create the problem of wondering what your 40 year old self may like or want some day by imposing a lack of choice on yourself in the future. As a general rule the younger you are the more the want to preserve options for yourself. In any ways they options directly transfer themselves into power.
I love Henna tattos:)
I finally was brave enough to get my big tatto a couple years ago on my lower back for my 33rd bday. I am SO glad I did. I love it! It was something I always wanted to do. I got all 4 of my kids initials hidden in the scroll...
I always see Yaya mention you in her picture about "peputual burn". Now I know who you are!! How cool you started college at 15. What an interesting life you must live:)
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Thanks for coming by my blog. I like your blog design! When you decide to get the real tattoo make sure you're REALLY sure about what you want and where. I don't really like mine anymore, I wish I had thought it through more. It's small and on my ankle. And it HURT! ;-) Have a great weekend!!
Well it will look cool. I always thought henna was better then tattoos. Thanks for stopping by my blog and I am glad my small scripture study helped. that's always uplifting to hear especially right now when I am considering giving my blog up. Anyway I am also from Vegas, my mom lives in Green Valley near Silverado High school, right off the 95 freeway and eastern.
Thanks for stopping by!
:) I hope you get the henna tat figured out soon.
P.s., I love the bald frog story in your profile!
Stick with the henna!
I tell my son he would have loved a Barney tattoo at 2 years old but would hate it now at 13. I think that is how most tattoos end up :-)
Good luck on your mid terms!
Yay! I hope you get it to work okay when you get it...If it were me I'd just end up with brown blobs instead of designs.
Glad that you found some!
I love henna! We used to get our hands done for fun in Delhi. I totally wanted to get henna'ed for my wedding but mother (my own mother) declared me too white. LOL
