I did the homework for my journalism class.
Done, over with. Out of the way.
My mom and I have been discussing where I want to go to college for my bachelor's degree.
I've always told myself I would just go to the local University and settle for it.
But in all honesty, I've always wanted to go out of state.
When we drove through Flagstaff this past June, coming back from Tennessee, I told my mom there was nowhere I'd rather go than Flagstaff.
The mountains are so beautiful, and it's a fully wooded area.
Of course when we were there, the forest was kind of on fire.
But that's not THEIR fault.
We've been receiving a snot-load of emails from NAU (Northern Arizona University A.K.A the University in Flagstaff.)
It's re-opened my hopes to go to Flagstaff. After I finish this blog post, I'm logging back onto the website and continuing my application for the Spring of 2011.
This is the one school I'm happy to pay the application fee for.The buildings are so pretty. I love old campuses so much more than the newer ones.
I really hope it all works out for me.

I hope that it goes the way that you want it too. I think the older campuses are much better as well.
I love old looking ones too! GL on everything! :)
I hope the applications go well for you! Applying for places is not fun (that's what I had just finished doing a year ago) but hearing back can be!
Good Luck!
My Daughter has been accepted to NAU and will be starting there in the Fall of 2010! She can't wait. It is a very beautiful campus and it has her specialized degree so it is a win-win for her!
In addition, it is a very athletic school and she loves all that sport and outdoor stuff, she can't wait! But, it has a lot to offer you don't have to be into sports it just happens to offer a lot of the stuff she likes!
Anyways, Good Luck with your search!
Moving out of state might be fun. Good luck to you!

Good luck! That would be awesome. It's beautiful and the town is, as well. (We drove through a few years ago. Mom had wanted to move to Arizona so we spent a week "exploring".)
Good luck!!
