Mother fudger.
I woke up this morning very early, and my chiggers on my feet were itching to the point of keeping me awake.
I tried to just stay awake, since sleeping wasn't an option.
I walked down to the continental breakfast and got a fruit cup and a bowl for my Special K.
I was so tired, and my guts were really sore.
I went back to the room, ate my fruit cup, and then laid back down.
I went to sleep, woke up again, and my guts were killing me.
I did my business, but I realized that I couldn't stay awake while I was sitting there.
I had to keep going back and forth between the toilet and sleepy-town.
Eventually after I woke up again, I realized something wasn't right.
My throat was so sore that it hurt to swallow. (still does).
My joints were so stiff that any small movement caused a lot of pain.
Even though I had turned off the air conditioner, I was freezing.
The coldness made my joints hurt even more.
But I was also burning up.
My mom was at my grandparent's house, so I called her and told her I felt sick.
She came back and gave me Dayquil, a pain killer, and a Gas-x.
I'm feeling a little better right now, but I know when those start wearing off I'll be back in pain.
Perfect thing to happen the day before we leave for Vegas, right?

lots and lots of water to flush it out - that is what the ER told my son 2 weeks ago when he had the SWINE FLU!!!
You look beautiful for not feeling well!
xoxo
Oh my goodness... I hope you feel better!
Sadders!
(I want your phone)
I love that your mom came back and gave you meds. I load up on whatever I can when I'm sick, Sean turns his nose up at meds all together (ironic considering he works in a hospital right?). Feel better!
Ew, being sick on vacation is horrible! Hope you feel better soon.
Aww I am sorry Lee!! For the itch go to a pharmacy store or Walmart and pick uf After-Bite, it works good, it can sting if you have scratched but it helps to lessen the itchiness!!
So sorry that you are sick! I hope you feel better soon!

That sucks really bad. Hopefully it is just a 24-hr bug and goes away before you go back home!
