Since November I've been exercising and dieting to lose weight.
I started out weighing 142 pounds.
BMI is 21.6 , placing the BMI-for-age at the 58th percentile for girls aged 16 years 11 months. This teen has a healthy weight.

I dropped myself from the 58th percentile to the 4th.
And worse than that, I'm still losing weight and I don't know how.
I eat 3 meals a day, and snacks inbetween. I do 100 situps a day, and that's it.

My mom is getting extremely angry, and she thinks I weigh 114. If she knew I was 112, she'd be force-feeding me.
Drew is angry with me, because he knows that I'm unhealthy.
But I don't know what to do.
This is me just a few minutes ago.
My mom's been complaining that I no longer have a butt.
I happen to like my butt, thank you very much.

I remember back when I was 125 saying "I think I'm too skinny."
Kind of miss those days.
Now whenever I stand up, I get light headed. I can't eat big portions because my stomach won't take it.
Huh, never thought I'd have a problem.
That's a kicker.

I'm the same height as you, and got myself down to 110 about a year ago after trying to lose 5 lbs when i weighed 135. I couldn't stop losing the weight even though I wasn't dieting, so I went to the Dr. and was told to start drinking 3 Ensures a day. I was also told to replace my cardio with weight-based exercise. Once I started gaining weight I cut back to 2 Ensures, then 1, now I'm happily maintaining at around 120-122 with no assistance.

It sucks. I'm 5'6" and got down to 114 due to compulsive exercise and calorie counting. Once I stopped exercising, it took me about a month to stop losing, 2 months of no gain, and 3 more months to gain back 15 pounds. It's still hard to keep it off from both sides...losing a ton or gaining a ton. Everything in moderation...dieting, ice cream, treadmill time, everything.

This make me very worried Lee!! Maybe you should try to eat 6 small meals a day with snacks in between. Eat carbs, carbs, carbs and fats, fats, fats!!

Lee you are really scaring me! This is so unhealthy, you have to see it, because the dizziness is certainly feeling it! You need to see a nutritionist at the very least if not a therapist. You should weigh much more and you looked beautiful weighing more! IF a boyfriend says WEIGH more, then that is saying something!! Email me if you need to talk okay!

Hey Lee,
I had this to happen to me a few years ago. I was losing weight and couldn't figure out why. I went to the doctor to have it checked out. Mine was due to very intense and stressful period in my life. You may want to have it checked out if you can.

doesn't matter how many meals and snacks you eat, it's the calories you need to focus on. You should be taking in AT LEAST 1200, if not 1700-2000. Oh, and I know where your weight went...TO ME! Damn you! You'll figure it out. I do think that it seems light for your height. You just gotta make sure you're getting the nutrients you need girl! Don't stress too much but if you keep losing there may be a bigger problem you're not aware of :(
