The Weight Problem

Alright, so as most of you are aware, I lost over 20 pounds since last year and have been trying to keep this weight off.
Well, I've been doing a damn good job keeping my weight off.
Too good.

Here's is the list of how to read your BMI:
BMI valuesConsidered
<>Underweight
20.7 - 27.8Healthy Weight
27.8 - 31.1Overweight
31.2 >Obese

So anything under 20.7 is considered underweight.
Your Body Mass Index is 17.72

That's just peachy, huh?
That website is a little confusing, though. I've read on other sites that anything under 18.5 is underweight.
I'm still underweight, it's just not exactly the same.
I am 5'9" and weigh 120 pounds.
Yesterday I weighed 123.

The day before that? I weighed 126.
I have dropped 6 pounds in 2 days.

What's worse than that is the fact that I have been eating normal lately. I haven't been skimping on anything.

I had a damn quarter pounder with fries yesterday, came home, weighed myself, and I weighed 121.

First I was worried about losing weight, and now I have to be worried about being
malnourished?
I'm not anorexic or anything. I eat, I exercise moderately. Those ar
e the things you're supposed to do.
Does anyone have any advice for me in this situation?
Here's how I used to look:And here's how I look now in link form. Don't click if you hate seeing someone in a swimsuit that drew over the swimsuit with black bars just for the sake of modesty. The point is the stomach.
And don't lecture me. I drew over it for a reason.
LINK
I will admit that I have a problem. I just ate 3 starbursts and got scared of gaining weight.
I'm always terrified of weight gain.

Can you maybe talk to a counselor at school and see if they can help you out?

It definitely sounds like you need to add some healthy weight. Like muscle weight. Eat healthy snacks; carrots, apples, yogurt, granola, etc and then do some simple dumbbell workouts in your room (don't have dumbbells just use soup cans). You'll put on some good healthy muscle weight.

Wish I could offer you up some "healthy" advice, but... I'm not exactly the right one for that. Congrats on the weight loss, though. Definately add more dairy. It's higher in calories and fat, but still good for you...

I honestly think you look great in the first picture! It's definitely important to be healthy. I hope you can get things figured out!

I also think you looked great in the first picture. You look great now too, but maybe too skinny for your height. Is there a nutritionist you can talk to at school or at a doctor? As Yaya said too, adding more muscle weight would def. help too. I'm not skinny (at all and never have been), I'm always trying to lose weight, so gaining it is the opposite of anything I ever needed to do lol. So really best advice I can give on it is to suggest going to see the nutritionist. :)

I think you look great! I was 98 pounds until I hit 30. I am now 125 and I don't like it. I feel flabby everywhere. I feel healthier at this weight but don't like the way I look. I just ordered a pilates DVD so I hope that helps with some of the toning I want to do. My advice is that everyone's body is different. I liked myself better when I was around 105-110 but according to those charts I was underweight. Find a weight you are happy with and don't worry so much about BMI. They don't take into consideration bone structure.

I think you look good! But some muscle weight wouldnt hurt! Also maybe you should go to the doctor and see if you have a tapeworm! lol At 16 your metabolism is hardcore! So enjoy it when you can! When i hit 25 I blew the fuck up!

In biology we learnt that BMIs are only accurate if you are over 18 - if you're under 18 then they give a false image.
I'm fairly sure, you aren't underweight, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about!

You look great at any weight. Seeing your flat belly makes me regret the bacon cheeseburger I just ate from Wendy's. *sulk* :P

I think you looked healther at the heavier weight.
I also think by reading some of your posts just quickly..
It seems like you are so very scared about controlling your weight because its something you CAN control.
Just from reading a few posts with things you've been through that were out of your control.

Your trying to get your power back, which i totally understand.

But its not healthy.

I hope you see someone about this and they help you figure it out.
