Well I feel a bit better tonight. I slept pretty well, and when I woke up I didn't feel completely out of it.
I'm a bit drained tonight. I'm pretty sure I have a layout to do, but it won't take me very long.
Or at least it shouldn't. But I can never really be sure.
I don't really know what to talk about. Which sucks, but I guess it happens sometimes.
People can sit here and gush and gush and gush, and then they've already gushed everything out and then they're screwed.
Oh I know what to talk about.
I might be getting a job. At the college they have a work-study program. You can work in a department as a sort of secretary and get paid for it.
I'm also going to try to work for the disability department.
They have this program where you can get paid for your notes for people that can't take notes.
It's like 5 dollars per class per notes. So I could have over a hundred dollars at the end of it.
I'd like to have a job. Especially a desk job. That'd be a good first job for me.
Much better than a fast food place. Although I've always wanted to work a register.
I also don't want to get robbed. Which seems to happen a lot now.
Well not me getting robbed. Just businesses getting robbed.
So anyway, I might be getting a job. And I hope I can do it. I hope it won't be too much for me to handle.
Since I don't know what else to say right now, I'll leave you with an ADORABLE picture of Tiffany.

These sound like great potential jobs! I had a friend who used to record notes on tape for students who were blind. She made OK money at it.
I did the note thing while in college; at first the disability center provided carbon paper to write on. It was really difficult to write hard enough to make the note copies legible. I ended up buying a laptop and taking notes on it and just emailing them to the people. Worked pretty nice.
I was not paid by class though, it was a flat $75 payment per class, and I was usually able to get 2 classes because I had a friend in my major who needed this service so we had many classes together.
The jobs sound really good. I hope you are able to get something.
Tiffany is so cute!
Think twice before you submit an application for a fast food place. I've read numerous reports that fast food places are the number one places to get robbed - especially when teenagers are working the register.
I like your ideas of the work study programs! The college offered me a form to fill out to see if I wanted to do something like that too. I think I'll be getting another nanny job though.
I hope you find something you like! What about a job at a mall store or something? Also I'm not sure, but I think that you have to be 18 to work the cash registers (at least you have to some places in Fl). Good luck!
These sound like good first jobs Lee
Good luck on the job front!
